Ashley Shaver, Fellow
Ashley hails from Minneapolis, and graduated with a Master of Public Policy from the Humphrey Institute, University of Minnesota. Committed to social change, she serves on the board of the Minneapolis YWCA, and is a global citizen, fluent in Spanish after having lived and worked in Peru.
